Hit R&B singer, Beyonce', has faced some attacks from the media lately. Bey's re-released B'Day album, the Deluxe Edition, has been pulled from shelves on a count of some legal issues. Beyonce allegedly re-recorded British singer Des'ree's 1996 single "I'm Kissing You", and released it as her own track "Still In Love (Kissing You)".
Singer Des'ree is best known for single "Gotta Be", which debuted in the 90's. Surprisingly, R&B singer Des'ree is only requesting $150,000.00, which is chump changed compared to Bey's album sales.
The clearance for the re-recording o f the song had not been cleared when Beyonce recorded the song anyway. The deal was not to create a video for the song and to leave the track in the same way that she found it, which obviously was not adhered to....The B'Day Deluxe Edition album has been pulled until May 4.
